HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Intake
After enrolment you are appointed a recognition advisor – your mentor during the process. The intake is a personal conversation in which your mentor discusses the objectives and direction for the Professional Capability Assessment. The result: the individual roadmap for the Professional Capability Assessment.
The two phases are as follows:
Conversation of 1 hour
Outcome: your individual roadmap for the Professional Capability Assessment
Professional Capability Assessment
The Capability Assessment is undertaken by two qualified assessors, who will further discuss with you the extent of your experience and evidence. This analysis process is to allow the assessors to create a full report that includes a written review of your experience and development opportunities.
For the candidate, this means around 4-8 hours of time for the whole process.
An adequate referee for this process is needed.
